This decision comes within the framework of the search to guarantee that the persons involved in financial responsibility are not escaped, and the financial rights of the rights of Marrakech, in particular after the Court of Cassation confirmed the decisions rendered against the accused .
The collective council of the city of Marrakech should determine its position on this request, in the midst of human rights and legal calls to activate the accounting mechanisms and recover public money in accordance with the laws in force.
