Roots of the Almoravids in Ghana: Bourita at King Ashanti of Kumasi

HIBAPRESS-RABAT-MAEC The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad Mr. Nasser Bourita represented His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God Glorify Him, on May 12, 2024 in Kumasi, Ghana, at the festivities marking the 25th anniversary of the enthronement of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, King of the Ashanti Kingdom.

In Kumasi, Mr. Bourita was received in audience by the Ashantehene to whom he conveyed the congratulations of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God Help Him, on the occasion of the celebration of the silver jubilee, as well as as His wishes for health and prosperity.

Mr. Bourita also took part in the Adaekese festivities, a colorful Ashanti festival celebrating the 25 years of the reign of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, in the presence of traditional Kings of Ghana and dignitaries from neighboring and friendly countries. .
