Yesterday, Wednesday, May 29, the regional office of the Association for Private Education in Khemisset organized a study day on the theme: “The monitoring and recovery mechanisms of the National Social Security Fund for educational establishments private education and their challenges: Constraints and specificities”.
This forum was attended by the regional director of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports in Khemisset Mr. Khaled Zeroual, the regional director of the social security fund of Kénitra-Khemisset Mr. Yassine Benkdour, the president of the Association of Private Education in Morocco Mr. Ahmed Al-Hansali, and the president of the Association of Private Education of Khemisset Mr. Moulay Rachid Mressita.
The meeting gave rise to several interventions which focused on:
The problems of the private education sector in the region: Mr. Kamal Ousti, head of the control department at the regional social security directorate of Kénitra-Khemisset, presented a presentation on the inspection and control process, while clarifying certain points concerning the rights and obligations of participants.
The president of the private education association of Khemisset, Mr. Moulay Rachid Mressita, stressed that the organization of this study day aims to
-Correct relations between the National Social Security Fund and private educational establishments: Without fear or mistrust, on the basis of credibility, parity and cooperation.
-Help private educational establishments to gradually regularize the status of contributions: Through systematic training and early notification of laws, in order to know duties and rights and correctly apply legal rules.
-Turn the page on fear and irresponsibility: Emphasize everyone’s responsibility towards the sector and the workers and employees of educational establishments.
-Demand respectful control free from arbitrariness on the part of certain controllers: Affirm the desire of all educational establishments to cooperate fully and respectfully with social security controllers.
For his part, Mr. Yassine Benkadour, regional director of the Kénitra-Khemisset Social Security Fund, stressed that this awareness day is an opportunity:
-to become familiar with the services offered by the National Social Security Fund -Place emphasis on the inspection and control missions of the Fund to combat the denial of access to its services, ensure fair competition between institutions and guarantee comprehensive coverage for all employees working in this sector.
-Present the role of the inspector -Explain the stages of his control mission and the purpose of his mission.
-Present the facilities and exemptions for companies suffering from financial difficulties: In the area of social security fund collection.
