The Governing Council takes note of legal texts and adopts a draft decree

The Governing Council, meeting on Saturday under the chairmanship of Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch, took note of several legal texts and adopted a draft decree.
According to a press release from the delegated ministry responsible for relations with parliament, government spokesperson, the Council followed at the start of its work a presentation on the methodology adopted to determine the elements governing the State’s shareholder policy, presented by the Minister of Economy and Finance.
Subsequently, he took note of a certain number of legal texts to be submitted to the Council of Ministers, including draft organic law No. 30.24 modifying and supplementing organic law No. 02.12 relating to appointment to higher functions, in accordance with articles 49 and 92 of the Constitution, presented by the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government responsible for the Digital Transition and Administrative Reform.
This also concerns draft decree no. 2.23.925 creating two defense industrial acceleration zones, presented by the Minister of Industry and Commerce, draft decree no. 2.23.547 modifying and supplementing Decree No. 2.98.548 of 28 Chaoual 1419 (February 15, 1999) relating to the special status of the body of teacher-researchers of medicine, pharmacy and dentistry (updated version), presented by the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation.
The government council also inquired about draft decree No. 2.24.152 modifying and supplementing decree No. 2.14.330 of 5 Moharrem 1436 (October 30, 2014) creating the National Coordination Committee in the areas of hydrography, oceanography and marine cartography, presented by the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government responsible for the administration of National Defense.
He also took note of draft decree No. 2.24.446 supplementing decree No. 2.65.046 of 6 Moharrem 1385 (May 7, 1965) relating to the situation of military attachés, their deputies and other military personnel assigned to them, also presented by the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government responsible for the administration of National Defense.
At the end of its work, the council adopted draft decree No. 2.24.468 relating to the opening of additional appropriations for the benefit of the general budget, presented by the Minister Delegate to the Minister of the Economy and Finance in charge of the Budget, concludes the press release.
