“Some people do not celebrate Eid and choose to take the opportunity to relax, which is why we offer these offers,” commented one of the managers of a hotel in Marrakech, in response to a question on the influx of citizens to book hotel rooms during the Eid al-Adha holidays.
Many Moroccans are now opting to take advantage of the Eid al-Adha occasion to book hotel rooms, especially those that offer a rich entertainment program at attractive prices. It should be noted that some hotels organize the collective sacrifice of Eid animals within the establishment itself in the presence of those who wish it among the guests, accompanied by musical festivities and an atmosphere of entertainment.
According to what Hiba Press found, most hotels in tourist cities have chosen to reduce the prices of reservations and stays during the days of Eid to attract as many customers as possible.
The reservation rate in some hotels has reached 100%, particularly because the Eid holidays coincide with the start of school holidays and rising temperatures.
