Elements of the Royal Gendarmerie in Oulad Mousa, shortly before noon on Monday, apprehended a thirty-year-old individual implicated in the theft of a small taxi in the city of Kelaat Sraghna. The suspect is also accused of causing two traffic accidents in Beni Mellal and Oulad Mousa.
The incident began with the suspect stealing a taxi early Monday morning. He then headed towards Beni Mellal, where he struck a motorcyclist. Subsequently, he collided with a bus in Oulad Mousa. The suspect was taken to the Gendarmerie brigade in Oulad Mousa, Beni Mellal province, for the preparation of an arrest report. An investigation is underway under the supervision of the public prosecutor, and the suspect is being held in police custody pending his appearance before the public prosecutor.
