The authorities of the city of Kalaat Sraghna were able to thwart an illegal transport operation of a quantity of red meat, 7 (scooters), which was loaded on a three-wheeled bicycle (triporteur) in conditions that do not meet the minimum health standards.
According to sources of the newspaper, the mentioned quantity was seized, which was on its way to the weekly market for sale, but the vigilance of the authorities, which is now monitoring all entrances and sites that know an intense activity of buying and selling livestock, enabled its promotion among consumers. This operation comes in the context of the rise of phenomena related to the transport and distribution of meat in unhealthy conditions, and the increased likelihood of food spoilage in the absence of means of preservation and refrigeration.
