Yesterday evening, the Koraa Saban neighborhood in the city of Tetouan witnessed a tragic incident, after a sixty-year-old man ended his life by throwing himself from the roof of his house, in circumstances that remain mysterious to this hour.
According to local sources, the residents of the neighborhood were shaken by the incident when they were surprised by the fall of the victim from a high altitude, which prompted them to notify the local authorities and elements of the Civil Protection, who quickly moved to the scene. The man was transferred in critical condition to the Sanya Al-Raml Hospital in Tetouan, where the medical staff made intensive efforts to save his life, but the severity of the injuries he sustained hastened his death shortly after his arrival at the hospital. For its part, the security services opened an investigation under the supervision of the competent Public Prosecution, in order to determine the circumstances of the incident and its real causes, especially since the incident left a deep shock and sadness among his family members and the residents of the neighborhood who expressed their deep regret for the loss of their neighbor in this tragic way.
