HIBAPRESS – Rabat: c. Sayyad
On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the glorious Green March, Rabat will host, on November 22, at the "Khayma al-Khair" (Goodness Tent) at the headquarters of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), an exceptional evening that combines the charm of Moroccan elegance and the humanitarian dimension. This event is organized by the Association of Wives of Arab Ambassadors and Heads of International Organizations, in partnership with the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Inclusion, and the Al-Aidi Al-Bayda Association.
This event embodies the convergence of beauty and humanity, where the Moroccan caftan transforms from a mere traditional garment into a symbol of giving and spreading the values of solidarity, while highlighting the skill of Moroccan designers who preserve the heritage and add innovative contemporary touches to it. The ceremony will feature a luxurious fashion show that highlights the Moroccan caftan as a bright face of Moroccan authenticity and the spirit of national heritage. The caftan here is not just clothing, but a cultural narrative that tells the story of Moroccan women and reflects the genius of the Moroccan hand in merging refined taste with artistic mastery. Each piece carries in its details a historical and artistic message that overflows with elegance and symbolism.

But this event goes beyond the aesthetic dimension, as it is directly linked to a noble humanitarian message, through supporting a medical initiative to perform cataract correction operations for the benefit of the needy groups. Elegance here turns into a bridge that connects art with giving, and makes the celebration an opportunity to spread hope and solidarity among members of society. The ceremony is expected to add a distinctive Arab dimension with the presence of the guest of honor: the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, in addition to an elite group of diplomatic, artistic and social figures, and models from various Arab nationalities, reflecting the spirit of brotherhood and cultural convergence between the Arab peoples in a single space illuminated by art and giving. The organizing committee sees in this event a humanitarian message that transcends the boundaries of fashion, confirming that the Moroccan caftan is not just a symbol of elegance, but an expression of the conscience of a nation that believes in the ability of culture and art to transform beauty into an effective social action that gives hope and instills the values of solidarity.
