Tunisian Abdelhay Ben Soltane new coach of CODM

Tunisian Abdelhay Ben Soltane has been appointed coach of the Club Omnisport de Meknès (CODM), newly promoted to the first division of Botola Pro D1.

The Tunisian technician, who replaces Abdelaziz Dnibi at the head of the club from the Ismaili capital, had already managed the MAS of Fez.

In a press release, the club also announced the appointment of Abdelhay Lamini as the club’s sporting director and Mhamed Bouali as technical director in charge of training.

CODM has regained its place among the elite clubs, sixteen years after leaving the national first division championship, it should be recalled.

Champion of Morocco in 1995 and winner of the Coupe du Trône in 1966, CODM was promoted to the second division Pro D2 after spending eight years as an amateur.
