HIBAPRESS – Art
Yasser Kantoush, the lawyer of the artist Shereen Abdel Wahab, came out to categorically deny the news that recently circulated on social media and some news platforms, which claimed that the artist was prevented from seeing her daughters or that she was suffering from a severe financial crisis during her treatment period. Kantoush described these claims as "completely baseless," and aimed at distorting Shereen's reputation and harming the artist's image in front of her audience.
The lawyer confirmed that what was circulated regarding preventing Shereen from seeing her daughters is completely untrue, and considered it part of a deliberate campaign to spread lies. He added that his law office has begun documenting all the rumors published in preparation for taking legal action against anyone who published or republished this information without referring to reliable sources, warning against publishing any news that touches on the artist's private life without verifying its accuracy.
Regarding the news related to a financial crisis, Kantoush stressed that these claims are "completely false," confirming that Shereen Abdel Wahab enjoys complete financial stability, and her bank accounts are "thriving," and she is not facing any economic hardship as some unreliable accounts have promoted. The lawyer called on the media and social media users to investigate before publishing any information, warning of legal penalties for publishing false news that touches on private life.
