The Primary Court of El Jadida decided today, Tuesday, to merge the two files related to the streamer Elias El Malki into one file, after being convinced of the unity of the subject and the parties, according to what the defense of the concerned party revealed.
The defense explained in statements to the media that the hearing of the file was postponed to December 23rd, at the request of the defense, to allow time to review the new file that was added to the original file.
The defense confirmed that the judgment session is approaching, expressing confidence in the justice of the court, which is the decisive factor in differentiating between all complaints and allegations.
The defense emphasized that any malicious complaints cannot affect the rights of Elias El Malki, and that the court will consider the case fairly and equally between all parties.
The defense indicated that the large number of complaints directed against El Malki raises resentment and regret, but he stressed, in return, that the final word belongs to the court, confirming their full respect for legal procedures and the justice that will be issued from the next session.
