The search procedures initiated by the judicial police services in the city of Safi enabled the identification of the suspect involved in recording and publishing this false news, who is a 28-year-old Moroccan citizen, before he was arrested on Friday.
The suspect has been subjected to a judicial investigation that is being conducted under the supervision of the competent Public Prosecution, in order to identify all the criminal acts attributed to him and monitor the backgrounds of the circulation of this false and misleading news that would disrupt public order.
