The General Directorate of Meteorology expects, for tomorrow, Sunday, that the weather will generally be characterized by rain or locally significant thunder showers in Tangier, Loukkos, Rif, and the Gharb regions.
Snowfall is also expected in the High and Middle Atlas Mountains, the Rif, and the Eastern High Plateaus, exceeding 1800 meters in altitude.
The weather will be cloudy with scattered rain in the northern and central plains, the High and Middle Atlas Mountains and their western regions, Sais, the phosphate and Wolmass plateaus, the Mediterranean coast, and the eastern region.
The weather is expected to be relatively cold to cold in the highlands and the Eastern High Plateaus, with frost or what is called "Al-Jariha," in addition to strong winds in the northwest, the Mediterranean coast, the Rif, Sais, the Atlas, the southern provinces, and the eastern region.
Minimum temperatures will range between 08 and -01 degrees in the Atlas Mountains, between 00 and 04 degrees in the Rif, the southeast, and the Eastern High Plateaus, and between 10 and 14 degrees in the south of the country and near the coasts, and will be between 05 and 09 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom.
The sea will be calm to slightly choppy on the Mediterranean coast, slightly choppy to rough in the Strait of Gibraltar, rough to very rough north of Larache, and strong to very rough between Larache and Tan-Tan, and slightly choppy to rough on the other coasts.
