The Regional Directorate in Berrechid, in coordination with the regional authorities of the Berrechid prefecture, has announced the suspension of classes on Saturday, December 27, 2025, in all educational institutions under its territorial jurisdiction.
The Regional Directorate has requested the directors of educational institutions, all educational and administrative staff, and the mothers, fathers, and guardians of students to take all necessary organizational measures and to fully comply with the contents of this announcement, while informing the relevant authorities of any new developments. This decision by the Regional Directorate is based on the content of ministerial correspondence number 2663-25 dated December 15, 2025, and based on warning bulletins related to unstable weather conditions, and in the interest of the safety of students, educational and administrative staff. The Regional Directorate also called on the directors of educational institutions that have internal sections to take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of students benefiting from accommodation during the period of class suspension.
