HIBAPRESS – MAP A reminder statement by the Minister of Interior, Abdelouafi Laftit, stated that the legally specified deadline for submitting registration requests in the electoral lists for professional chambers will end on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
The Minister of Interior reminded "professionals working in sectors affiliated with the Chambers of Agriculture, Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Services, Chambers of Handicrafts, or Chambers of Maritime Fishing, who are not registered in the professional electoral lists, and who meet the legally required conditions and are at least 18 full solar years of age, or who will reach this age by March 31, 2026, that the legally specified deadline for submitting their registration requests in the aforementioned lists will end on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.” The statement clarified that, accordingly, the concerned professionals can submit their registration requests in the electoral list of the chamber to which they belong, within the specified deadline, to the local administrative authority offices to which their place of professional activity is affiliated. On the other hand, the Minister of Interior reminded professionals registered in the current electoral lists of professional chambers who wish to transfer their registration from an electoral list for a professional category or an electoral body to another category or body, or from an electoral district to another district, or from a professional chamber to another chamber, that they must submit their transfer requests to the offices of the administrative authority to which their place of professional activity is affiliated, before the end of the current month of December.
