Casablanca stock exchange opens session down

The Casablanca Stock Exchange began Wednesday’s session down by 0.23% in its main index, the MASI to 12,183.81 points.

The Morocco Stock Index (MSI 20), which includes the 20 most liquid stocks, lost 0.27% to 981.29 points, and the Casablanca ESG 10 index also fell by 0.21% to 908.58 points.

On the upside, SNEP recorded the largest increase (+3.05% to MAD 845), ahead of Immorente Invest (+2.86% to MAD 108), and Managem (+2.19% to MAD 2,196).

On the other hand, Med Paper showed the highest drop (-3.65% to MAD 30.62), followed by Delattre Levivier MAROC (-2.4% to MAD 67), and AtlantaSanad (-1.92% to MAD 133).

As of yesterday at the closing, the MASI index ended the session up by 0.31% to 12,212 points.
