The funeral of a Moroccan fan from the Douar al-Athamna in the province of Qal'at al-Saraghna was held after his death following a sudden heart attack during the match between the national team and Senegal, while the player Brahim Diaz missed a penalty kick.
According to local sources, the deceased suffered a sudden collapse while watching the match, and he was quickly transferred to the nearest health institution, but attempts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful.
