HIBAPRESS – Casablanca
The Buznika community is moving towards obliging building owners to adopt the colors white and blue on house facades, in a step aimed at unifying the colors of buildings within the urban area and adding a special aesthetic to the city.
This decision falls within a vision that aims to improve the urban landscape and enhance a unified visual identity that reflects a harmonious aesthetic character. According to available data, this decision will be presented for approval during the next February session, where it is expected that the details of its implementation and the mechanisms adopted for its activation will be discussed, while specifying the time stages and conditions that building owners will adhere to, whether existing ones or those that will be completed in the future. This trend has received a mixed reaction in the community, between those who considered it a positive step that will contribute to improving the image and attractiveness of the city, and those who see the need to take into account the financial capacity of families and adopt a gradual approach in the implementation, and the final approval during the February session remains crucial in determining the features of this decision and ways to implement it on the ground.
