The suburbs of the city of Fez were shaken, this Thursday morning, by the discovery of two bodies in two different areas, in separate incidents that mobilized the local authorities and the competent security services.
According to consistent data, the first body was discovered around ten o'clock in the morning, near the road linking the industrial area of Benjliq and the city of Fez, where elements of the Royal Gendarmerie and the auxiliary forces moved to the scene, along with a local authority agent, in order to conduct initial inspections and take the necessary measures. In a separate incident, a second body was found near the Kaada dam, near the Hay Ouinat Al-Hajjaj, and it belongs to a man in his sixties, of unknown identity. Following that, the civil defense and national security services were notified, which arrived at the scene to begin the necessary intervention and open an investigation to determine the causes of death. The two bodies have been transported in accordance with the adopted legal procedures, pending the completion of the research and investigations carried out by the competent authorities, under the supervision of the Public Prosecution, in order to reveal the circumstances and the details of the two deaths, and to determine whether there is a criminal suspicion or not. Investigations are still ongoing in the two incidents, while the local public awaits the results of the official investigations.
