The Diyar Al-Aliya residential complex in the Mohammedia region is experiencing a situation described as disastrous, which prompted a number of residents to send a distress call to the governor of the Mohammedia region, demanding urgent intervention to put an end to a series of imbalances that threaten their daily safety and impair living conditions within this residential complex.
The main problems, according to residents' complaints, are the worrying condition of a number of buildings that have become a real danger to their residents, especially after the leakage of sewage water and rainwater into the basements of the buildings, which caused structural damage and foul odors, as well as fears of its impact on the safety of the foundations. The internal roads that are in the middle of the Diyar Al-Aliya residential complex are also suffering from a major deterioration, as they have turned into potholes and bumps that impede traffic and increase the suffering of the residents, while some residents have resorted to placing random "noise barriers" in the alleys. The situation of the main road leading to the area through the extension of Palestine Street towards Ain Tki is no less bad, as it is in a deteriorated state that raises more than a question mark about safety standards, especially since it is the main outlet for residents and means of transportation, in addition to the spread of stray dogs and their harassment of residents, as well as the transformation of the gathering's facade into a public "dump". In this context, the residents of Diyar Al-Aliya appeal to the regional authorities and the relevant authorities to urgently intervene to open an investigation into these imbalances and take practical measures to improve the situation before the risks worsen.
