HIBAPRESS
The "Dream Village" zoo in the Mohammedia region witnessed an unprecedented event, which was the birth of the first giraffe in Morocco.
According to the zoo administration, it is the birth of a female giraffe on February 5th at eleven o'clock in the morning, after a gestation period of 15 months. They added that the newborn is in stable health, an achievement that is a step forward in efforts to protect this animal species and develop its breeding programs locally, away from importing from abroad.
