HIBAPRESS – A. Mahyaoui
The Ait Makhlouf bridge, located on the road linking Boulemane and Imouzzer Marmoucha, witnessed this morning the successful completion of a delicate operation to retrieve a car that had fallen from the top of the bridge yesterday due to the rain floods that fell on the region, after long hours of worry and anticipation.
This operation was completely successful, without any loss of life, in an incident that reflects, firstly, divine grace, and secondly, the effectiveness and speed of intervention of the various relief teams and the concerned authorities. The operation, which was not easy considering the roughness of the terrain and the difficulty of accessing the scene, required precise coordination and high professionalism between the elements of the Royal Armed Forces, who harnessed important technical and logistical capabilities to make the retrieval operation successful, and the Royal Gendarmerie elements who supervised securing the surroundings of the accident and organizing traffic, in addition to the local authorities who followed the works closely and in silence, in order to ensure the safety of citizens and ensure the operation proceeds in the best conditions. This intervention is a model to be emulated in institutional cooperation between the various interveners, especially in accidents that occur in mountainous areas with difficult geographical nature, where the importance of readiness, coordination, and good crisis management is highlighted. This operation has been widely appreciated by the local population and road users, who expressed their satisfaction with the success of the intervention, praising the tremendous efforts made by the Royal Armed Forces, the Royal Gendarmerie, and the local authorities, in protecting lives and ensuring public safety.
