HIBAPRESS – c. sayyad
The Moroccan artist Maryam Belkhayat shared a touching spiritual moment with her followers by posting a picture of a mosque construction project, accompanied by a noble prophetic hadith: “Whoever builds a mosque seeking the face of Allah, Allah will build for him a similar one in Paradise.”
Belkhayat chose to make this charitable act a continuous charity for the soul of her late father, the preacher and Moroccan artist Abdelhadi Belkhayat, who passed away on January 30, 2026, confirming that "This Ramadan is not like every Ramadan… My father is not here, but my prayers for him never cease," in sincere words that reflected the extent of longing and loyalty she holds for her father. The artist expressed her hope that Allah would make this mosque a light in his grave, and a renewed reward in the balance of his good deeds until the Day of Judgment, considering that continuous charity is one of the greatest things that can be given to those who have passed away, and that prayer and good deeds remain the unbreakable bond between loved ones. Her post received a wide reaction from her followers, who prayed for the deceased's mercy and forgiveness, praising this humanitarian initiative that embodies the true meaning of righteousness after departure.
