Last Thursday at midnight, Moulay Abd Al Aziz Street in the city of Kenitra witnessed the launch of a road marking painting operation using modern and advanced machinery, which is put into service for the first time in the city, in a move that aims to improve road safety and enhance the quality of urban infrastructure.
This operation took place in the presence of the Pasha of Maamoura, Khalifa Bin Sherij, along with the director of the local development company, Farid Tendawi, and a number of officials and technical staff, where they witnessed the launch of the horizontal road sign painting work using advanced equipment that relies on modern techniques that ensure greater accuracy in implementation and better quality in road marking. This operation is part of the efforts aimed at modernizing the road marking system in the city of Kenitra and strengthening traffic safety standards, especially on vital road axes that experience heavy traffic. Those in charge of this initiative confirmed that the adoption of these new mechanisms would accelerate the pace of work and improve the quality of road painting, ensuring the clarity of traffic signs for a longer period, and contributing to the organization of traffic and reducing the risks of traffic accidents. This operation is also part of a more comprehensive program that aims to prepare and rehabilitate a number of main streets in the city of Kenitra, within the framework of enhancing the city's attractiveness and improving the urban space for the benefit of the residents and road users. It is expected that this work will include a number of other road axes in the coming period, which will enhance efforts to modernize the road infrastructure and consolidate traffic safety standards within the city.
