The Inzgan community is witnessing controversy after the delivery of new kiosks for night watchmen, where the quality of the building materials used has sparked widespread criticism among the beneficiaries.
The watchmen pointed out that the kiosks made of poor-quality materials do not provide adequate protection from rain and inclement weather, raising concerns about the ability of these kiosks to withstand the coming years. Some kiosks recorded rainwater leakage due to the use of PVC roofs instead of the "Dalekite" material designated for covering, while solar energy equipment was absent, which led to the absence of night lighting inside the kiosks, in addition to the questions raised by the windows and the glass used about their durability and ease of damage. This reality sparked a discussion about the extent to which the implementing companies adhere to the specifications of the terms of reference and the schedule for the completion of projects, and the possibility of applying penalties for delays in the works. The discussion also raises questions about the mechanisms for monitoring these projects by the devices in charge of the community, and the extent of protecting public funds and ensuring the provision of a suitable work environment for the watchmen responsible for the security of the neighborhoods.
