Last Friday, the El Jadida Sûreté police services arrested a man in his sixties, suspected of deception and indecent assault. The judicial police placed him, on parliamentary instructions, in theoretical custody, to question him on the criminal charges brought against him, the punishment for which is provided for in the Penal Code.
An association dealing with minors filed a complaint about this, following which the police authorities opened a judicial investigation that led to the identification of the suspect, who is a user of the public baths and is around 70 years old. He was arrested, to be investigated and, in the event of arrest, after the completion of the judicial procedure, before the competent public prosecutor’s office.
