HIBAPRESS-Jerada
As part of educational and recreational activities aimed at developing children's mental abilities and enhancing their concentration and strategic thinking skills, the Warm Embrace Center for Human Development in Jerada, in coordination with the Hassania Chess Association of Jerada, organized an educational and recreational activity in chess for the children benefiting from the center's services.
This activity provided an opportunity for the children to learn the rules of chess and discover its intellectual and educational dimensions, in an atmosphere characterized by interaction and participation, which enhances their skills in analysis, planning, and decision-making.
The activity also included a tea party in a friendly and solidarity atmosphere, which gave participants an opportunity to communicate and interact, and contributed to strengthening social bonds among the beneficiaries.
The activity saw the participation of 40 children and 20 women, a step that is part of the center's efforts to diversify its educational, social, and recreational programs, and to provide purposeful activities that contribute to developing the abilities of the beneficiaries and enhancing their social integration.
