HIBAPRESS – Sefrou
Work has begun on the expansion and strengthening of Regional Road No. 504, connecting the municipalities of Ribat El Kheir and Ighzran in the Sefrou province. This initiative is part of efforts to improve road infrastructure, enhance road safety, and facilitate the movement of citizens between the two municipalities and neighboring areas.
According to information on the project's identification board, the work covers a road section extending from kilometer point PK 31+020 to PK 34+320, spanning approximately 3.3 kilometers. The total budget for this project is around 13.06 million dirhams, with an estimated completion period of ten months.
The project is overseen by the Provincial Directorate of Equipment, Transport, and Logistics in Sefrou, while the execution of the works has been assigned to the company ARMB.
A Bet on Improving Safety and Breaking Isolation
Upon completion, this project is expected to improve traffic conditions, enhance the safety of road users, and facilitate the mobility of the local population by reducing the constraints associated with the current road infrastructure.
