HIBAPRESS
The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs announced the official launch of a new digital application for Moroccan pilgrims, called "Rakb Al-Hajj," as part of its efforts to improve the Hajj experience and enhance digital guidance during the journey.
The application, which can be downloaded on smartphones, aims to support pilgrims through a range of guidance and training services, contributing to the performance of the rituals with ease and convenience. "Rakb Al-Hajj" offers a set of features, including visual links and audio guidance, in addition to the Holy Quran, audio recordings of supplications, and a training library for pilgrims. The application also provides training lessons in national languages, including Arabic and Amazigh in its various dialects (Tashlhit, Tarifit, Tamazight), as well as a geographical guide to help pilgrims locate their accommodations in Mecca, Medina, and the holy sites. The ministry confirmed that this application is part of a comprehensive digital approach aimed at improving the quality of services provided to Moroccan pilgrims, facilitating the various stages of performing the rituals, and providing reliable and accessible religious and guidance content.
