The Film Production Support Committee, which held its first session for the year 2026, between April 20 and 30, revealed the feature films nominated to benefit from pre-production and post-production support.
A statement from the Moroccan Cinema Center stated that regarding the feature films nominated for pre- and post-production support, the committee reviewed, during this session, two documentary films nominated for post-production support, 39 long feature film projects nominated for pre-production support, six short film projects nominated for pre-production support, five documentary film projects nominated for pre-production support, and seven screenplay projects nominated for screenplay writing support.
The committee, chaired by Amin Nassour, and attended by Bouchra Mazieh, Chinaz Al-Akrichi, Salwa Al-Kouni, Zineb and Karim, Khadija Fadhi, Mohamed Saudi, Mohamed Al-Idrissi, Abdelkrim Al-Douaishi, and Fouad Challa, also considered, regarding the documentary film about Sahrawi Hassani history, culture, and field, 29 documentary film projects about Sahrawi Hassani culture, history, and field before production.
The statement clarified that regarding advances on income before production for feature and documentary films, the committee decided to grant an amount of 3 million and 900 thousand dirhams to the LA PUNITION feature film project, screenplay and directed by Ismail Faroukhi, and submitted by IFFILMS PRODUCTION company, and grant 3 million and 500 thousand dirhams to the LES OISEAUX DU CIMETIÈRE feature film project, screenplay and directed by Maadan Al-Ghizwani, and submitted by CYGNUS PRODUCTIONS company.
The committee also decided to grant an amount of 3 million dirhams to the CE PASSÉ-LA ou LE LOUP NOIR feature film project, screenplay by Aamina Farhati and directed by Aamina Farhati and Al-Jilali Farhati, and submitted by HERACLES PRODUCTION company, and an amount of three million dirhams for the THE LAST LESSON – الدرس الأخير feature film project, screenplay by Shawki Al-Sadoussi and directed by Farid Al-Rakrak, and submitted by RABAT MP company, and an amount of 3 million dirhams for the BIN LEMDOUNE / بين المدون feature film project, screenplay by Ahmed Al-Dafri and directed by Mohamed Mona, and submitted by PLOT PICTURES company.
Also, an amount of one million dirhams was granted to the ROUICHA documentary film project, screenplay by Mohamed Hadri and directed by Abdelkrim Benzwah, and submitted by GALA PROD company, and an amount of 800 thousand dirhams for the TOMBES SANS EPITAPHES قبور بلا شواهد documentary film project, screenplay and directed by Amer Al-Sharqi, and submitted by ART NOW PROD company, and an amount of 180 thousand dirhams for the VIVA L’AITA short feature film project, screenplay and directed by Reda Al-Hamouid, and submitted by LK FILMS company.
It was also decided to grant an amount of 180 thousand dirhams to the LA NUIT DU PERE short feature film project, screenplay and directed by Rachid Boutouns, and submitted by MAYA MEDIA company, and an amount of 180 thousand dirhams to the AMUTL short feature film project, screenplay by Mohamed Ben Sedi and directed by Faten Khalkhal, and submitted by GALA PROD company, and an amount of 180 thousand dirhams for the UNE NUIT PARTICULIERE short feature film project, screenplay and directed by Youssef Barrada, and submitted by JANA PROD company, and an amount of 180 thousand dirhams for the TENGHITY, LE POEME INTERDIT تنغيتي القصيدة المحرمة short feature film project, screenplay and directed by Intissar Al-Azhari, and submitted by ON SET PRODUCTIONS company.
Regarding screenplay writing support, the committee decided to grant 80 thousand dirhams to the LA PISTE feature film screenplay project, screenplay by Mohsen Al-Nadifi, and submitted by ELLIPSIS company, and 80 thousand dirhams to the HAKIMI / الظلمي feature film screenplay project, screenplay by Marwan Khayari, and submitted by LABORATOIRES CINEMATOGRAPHIQUE ET TECHNOLOGIQUES company.
Also, an amount of 80 thousand dirhams was granted to the SEISME feature film screenplay project, screenplay by Zakia Al-Tahiri, Lina Bouchaala Al-Tahiri, and Geoffrey Creason, and submitted by MADE IN MORROCO FILMS company, and an amount of 80 thousand dirhams to the CANNOT BE BAD الخبث لا يناسبني feature film screenplay project, screenplay by Wajdan Khalid and Ahmed Al-Yazid Al-Qadiri, and submitted by ON SET PRODUCTIONS company.
It was also decided to grant 80 thousand dirhams to the AMAL feature film screenplay project, screenplay by Ismail Ait Lahcen, and submitted by 2i FILM company, and an amount of 80 thousand dirhams to the LE TRANSSAHARIEN feature film screenplay project, screenplay by Rahma Al-Madani, and submitted by PLEIN CADRES company, and an amount of 80 thousand dirhams to the CHANT D’AMOUR ET D’EXILS أغاني الحب والمنافي feature film screenplay project, screenplay by Abdel Salam Kallaei, and submitted by MOUTON ROUGE FILMS company.
Regarding screenplay rewriting support, the committee decided to grant 50 thousand dirhams to the FIN GHADI BYA فين غادي بيا feature film project, screenplay by Abdelilah Al-Hamdouchi and directed by Khalid Brahimi, and submitted by CM PICTURES company, and 50 thousand dirhams to the طعم السراب feature film project, screenplay by Al-Naima Al-Mghaifri and directed by Sidi Mohamed Fadel Al-Jumani, and submitted by SMARA PRODUCTION company, and 50 thousand dirhams to the LE DERNIER THE الشاي الأخير feature film project, screenplay and directed by Khawla Asbab, and submitted by YAZIMAGE company.
Regarding advances on income after production for documentary films about Sahrawi Hassani culture, history, and field, an amount of 980 thousand dirhams was granted to the documentary film project سر لعنيبرة, screenplay and directed by Ahmed Zarkan, and submitted by ZARMEDIA company, and an amount of 980 thousand dirhams to the TIGADRINE تيكادرين documentary film project, screenplay by Idris Al-Qaisi and Said Al-Quwaiss, and directed by Abdelhakim Beidawi, and submitted by ASSIA FILMS company.
It was also decided to grant an amount of 850 thousand dirhams to the ALHAMEL الهامل documentary film project, screenplay and directed by Ahmed Bouchlak, and submitted by SAKIA PRO company, and an amount of 850 thousand dirhams to the سمفونية القماش documentary film project, screenplay and directed by Omar Mayara, and submitted by MAYSOF PRODUCTION company, and an amount of 850 thousand dirhams to the أقدام الرك documentary film project, screenplay and directed by Aida Bouya, and submitted by OASIS FILMS company.
Regarding screenplay rewriting support, the committee decided to grant 50 thousand dirhams to the سحابة documentary film project, screenplay by Farhana Ayash and directed by Ali Yara, and submitted by NETWORK FILM AGENCY company, and 50 thousand dirhams to the الصحراء بعيون نسائية documentary film project, screenplay by Mohamed Dahouz and directed by Fatima Zahra Bounafaa, and submitted by IBDAA LAAYOUNE PRODUCTION company.
In the same context, an amount of 50 thousand dirhams was granted to the ESTIPIL documentary film project, screenplay by Aini Mounisir and directed by Alia Al-Tawir, and submitted by ROLA MEDIA company, and an amount of 50 thousand dirhams to the حارس الفردوس documentary film project, screenplay by Mohamed Ayash and directed by Zineb Al-Toubali, and submitted by AY PROD company.
