The Ward Khadak area in the city of Tangier witnessed a serious traffic accident following a violent collision between a light vehicle and a bus designated for transporting workers, which caused the car to overturn in the middle of the road and mobilized various relevant services.
According to eyewitnesses, the bus was not carrying any workers at the time of the accident, and its driver did not sustain serious injuries, while the driver of the light vehicle sustained serious injuries that required his urgent transfer to the hospital to receive first aid and necessary treatment.
The accident caused a state of alert at the scene, as elements of the National Security and Civil Protection moved to the scene to secure traffic and intervene to transport the injured.
The competent authorities have also begun their investigations to uncover the causes and circumstances surrounding this accident.
