The Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs Stéphane Séjourné, regarding this irrevocable decision of France against the Moroccan Sahara, affirms that it is “the conviction of France”, emphasizing that “the present and the future of the Sahara are part of Moroccan sovereignty, the President of the Republic Mr. Emmanuel Macron has defined the course”.
“This course is natural with the clarity and consistency of the position of France” which has always stood on the side of Morocco in the face of this national security issue for the Kingdom” and that French diplomacy has specified that France will defend this position at the international level.”
