Tangier hosts the first edition of the International Duathlon Race

The first edition of the international duathlon “Les Vainqueurs” took place today, Sunday, on the Corniche d’Akznaia (Tangier), at the initiative of the sports association Tangier Triumph Team.

This first edition of this international sporting event was organized in partnership with the Akznaya group, with the participation of 200 athletes from different countries, including many sportsmen.

The duathlon race, which combines a 5km run, a 20km cycle race and a final run, was won by Spaniard Cristian Villazala, who completed the stages of the sporting competition in 56 minutes and 15 seconds.
