The investigation revealed extremely dangerous data related to the father’s motivations for killing his son, as the latter admitted that his son had provoked him, after intense insistence, by wanting to visit his divorced mother, which led him to beat him with a hideous leather belt in front of his new wife, before dying at her hands.

The father and his wife concocted a suicide scenario by cleaning the dead child’s body and changing the clothes he was wearing, before hanging his body from the ceiling of the house using a piece of clothing.

According to information circulating in the region, the gendarmerie managed to surround the accused father and his second wife, before submitting the child’s body to a medical autopsy, which was carried out on the instructions of the competent prosecutor’s office, where it was confirmed that the victim’s state of health The father was involved in the commission of a murder following violent blows, which earned him a charge of assault and battery. The injuries resulted in death, while his wife is accused of participation and failure to report a crime.

According to the same data circulating, the accused had always married a second wife after divorcing his wife, while retaining custody of his 12-year-old son. He also got angry whenever his son asked him to visit his mother during the holidays, which happened. This is the same motive that pushed him to commit the murder of his son, after having seriously mistreated him.
