The Minister of Justice and leader of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM), Abdel Latif Ouahbi, addressed women during a rally organized by the party in the city of Taroudant, speaking about his party's orientations regarding the reform of laws and texts related to the Family Code.
Ouahbi said, in a speech to the attendees, that the party's establishment came with the aim of bringing about change in the country's history, affirming his support for women and their participation in what he described as a "struggle" to change a number of legal provisions.
The Minister of Justice added that the discussion will include a number of issues related to the Family Code, vowing to influence changes to divorce texts and marriage guarantees, in addition to custody and guardianship.
