The action of the page owner, who resides in the city of Azrou, in publishing the picture of the Auxiliary Forces officer, has led to demands for an investigation to determine responsibilities regarding the circumstances of the individual taking the picture, documenting the incident and its circulation, and the extent to which the deceased's sanctity and his family's feelings were respected.
These demands focus on identifying the entity that allowed the owner of the Facebook page to photograph the Auxiliary Forces element in that condition, and revealing the circumstances of publishing his pictures, especially since the circulation of these scenes could cause psychological harm to his family members.
The demands also call for verifying the legality of the photography and publication, and determining whether the page owner possesses the necessary licenses, or if he is impersonating a journalist, while emphasizing the necessity of examining the extent to which the legal rules related to photographing people in critical situations and publishing their pictures have been respected.
