The Directorate General of Meteorology expects, for Tuesday, September 22, that the general weather conditions will be characterized by relatively hot to locally hot weather in the Southern Provinces, the Southeast of the country, the Souss region, and the interior plains.
During the night and morning, low clouds accompanied by fog or very light rain will be observed near the coasts.
Other clouds of tropical origin will also appear over the south of the Sahrawi provinces, where there is a chance of scattered raindrops or localized thunderstorms, with moderate to somewhat strong gusts of wind recorded in the Tangier region and the Southern Provinces.
Minimum temperatures will range between 10 and 15 degrees in the Atlas and Rif Mountains, and the Eastern High Plateaus, and between 22 and 27 degrees in the plains west of the Atlas, the Souss region, the Southeast, and the Sahrawi interior. They will be between 15 and 22 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom's regions.
Daytime temperatures will see an increase in the Central Coasts, the Middle and High Atlas Mountains, and the Sahrawi interior, while remaining largely unchanged in the rest of the country.
The sea will be calm to slightly rough on the Mediterranean coast, and slightly rough to rough in the Strait and along the Atlantic coast.
