The Secretary-General of the Justice and Development Party, Abdelilah Benkirane, said that some heads of polling stations refused to hand over the minutes after the closure of the polling stations.
Benkirane explained, during a live broadcast on his official Facebook account, that he communicated with the Minister of Interior regarding the matter, adding that the minister confirmed to him that he had issued his instructions to the governors and workers to enable those concerned to obtain the polling station minutes.
Benkirane said in this context: "Unfortunately, when the polling stations closed, some heads did not want to hand over the minutes. I contacted the Minister of Interior who confirmed to me that he had given his instructions to the governors and workers to hand over the minutes."
