Police elements affiliated with the second security district in the city of Jirada managed, on Monday evening, to arrest six individuals, including individuals who were the subject of arrest warrants, on suspicion of their involvement in cases related to drug trafficking, at the Al-Rahma neighborhood.
The operation came after investigations and field surveillance, which resulted in the arrest of the suspects, along with the seizure of two large motorcycles, a quantity of hard drugs, hallucinogenic pills, and sums of money suspected to be linked to the activity under investigation, in addition to bladed weapons.
The arrested individuals were subjected to police custody, under the supervision of the competent Public Prosecution, in order to deepen the investigation and uncover the various circumstances and details of the case, as well as to identify any potential extensions.
This operation is part of security interventions aimed at combating the manifestations of drug trafficking and enhancing security vigilance in the city of Jirada.
