HIBAPRESS – Agadir
The residents of Idouran hamlet, located below National Road No. 1 in Tamri, north of Agadir, are experiencing increasing difficulties in movement due to ongoing works on this road axis, which have led to the narrowing of the path leading to the hamlet.
Several residents reported that the condition of the path has directly affected vehicle movement, especially for families who rely on it daily. Concerns are growing regarding emergency cases requiring rapid intervention, particularly the possibility of ambulances accessing the area under normal conditions.
The affected individuals confirmed that they initially understood the nature and importance of the works and did not file complaints, hoping that the difficulties associated with the site would be temporary. However, the persistence of the situation has led them to demand practical arrangements that ensure smooth movement while awaiting the completion of the works.
The hamlet's residents are calling on the concerned authorities to intervene to secure a suitable passage that allows normal car traffic, while ensuring smooth access for ambulances and intervention vehicles when necessary.
These demands come amid the ongoing works on National Road No. 1 in Tamri. The residents hope for temporary solutions that take into account the workshop's requirements without hindering the continued traffic towards the hamlet and reducing the daily difficulties faced by the population.
