As part of keeping pace with the implementation of the Leadership Institutions project and strengthening efforts to develop classroom practices and enhance the quality of learning, the Regional Director of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports in Al Hoceima, accompanied by the Head of the Educational Institutions and Guidance Department, visited the training center dedicated to the explicit teaching approach on Thursday, October 15, 2026.
This visit provided an opportunity to closely observe the progress of the training program organized for the teachers of the Leadership Institutions in the primary education cycle, for the fourth cohort, during the period from October 12 to 17.
During this visit, the delegation reviewed the conditions under which the training was conducted, its educational content, and the extent of the participating educational personnel's interaction with its various themes, particularly concerning the application of the explicit teaching approach in classrooms.
This initiative is part of the efforts of the Al Hoceima Regional Directorate to support the educational personnel involved in the Leadership Institutions project, and to equip them with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to improve teaching practices, enhance the performance of learners, and strengthen mastery of foundational learning.
The visit also reflects the Regional Directorate's commitment to monitoring the various stages of training program implementation and ensuring the provision of appropriate conditions for their success, in line with the objectives of the Leadership Institutions project to improve the quality of public schools and enhance the efficiency of the educational process.
