HIBAPRESS – Mohamed Zerouih
The management of "Al-Omrane Oriental Region" has announced the cancellation of the marketing process that was scheduled for Friday, October 16, 2026, concerning the "Les Orchydes" project in the city of Selwan, Nador province. This decision comes as part of organizing workflow and correcting procedures for marketing housing units in the project.
This decision was made due to the significant and noticeable turnout for the project from citizens wishing to benefit. In a strong commitment to ensuring complete transparency and equal opportunities for all interested buyers, fundamental changes have been decided upon for the sales method.
In this context, the principle of first-come, first-served has been officially canceled. Instead, a system of submitting purchase applications will be adopted. The application submission phase will be followed by a lottery draw organized in the presence of a legal notary to ensure fairness and credibility.
The "Al-Omrane Oriental Region" agency in Selwan has set the period for submitting applications, which will begin on Monday, October 19, 2026, and continue until Friday, October 23, 2026.
In conclusion to its announcement, the management affirmed that the order of application submission during this specified period does not grant any applicant precedence, priority, or advantage in the lottery process. It also expressed gratitude to all concerned parties for their interest, trust, and understanding of these organizational measures.
