As part of strengthening the capacities of female actors in the field of entrepreneurial support and supporting women's initiatives, the Moroccan Center for Development and Innovation Initiatives (CMIDI), in partnership with GSER Consulting, organized the first phase of the trainer training program in entrepreneurial support. This took place from October 13 to 17, 2026, at the Integrated Pole of Traditional Industries in the city of Guelmim.
This training aims to enhance the practical knowledge and skills of participants in supporting project holders. It seeks to equip them with the essential tools needed to provide effective support, based on listening, understanding project holders' needs, and guiding them through the various stages of developing their entrepreneurial ideas.
This phase focused on a set of core topics, including the role and tasks of the entrepreneurial consultant, the required professional qualities, effective listening techniques, asking questions and paraphrasing, as well as how to conduct the initial support interview and identify the project holder's needs. This was reinforced with practical exercises and real-life scenarios to enhance learning through practice.
This program comes in the context of focusing on developing the competencies of female actors in the entrepreneurial support ecosystem and strengthening their capabilities to support economic initiatives, particularly women's projects, thereby contributing to fostering entrepreneurship and encouraging local development.
This first phase constitutes a crucial milestone within a training journey aimed at developing participants' skills and preparing them to assume more effective roles in the field of entrepreneurship training and support.
