One worker died and his colleague sustained serious injuries on Thursday evening following a work accident on Imam Muslim Street in the Daradab neighborhood of Tangier. The incident occurred when a load of cement blocks fell on them during construction material transport to a building site under construction.
According to available information, the accident happened while the load was being transferred by a crane from a truck to the site. It fell suddenly, resulting in the death of one worker and severe injuries to the other, who was transferred to a private clinic for treatment. The body of the victim was taken to the morgue.
