The mobile health unit of the Spirit of Initiative Association for Healthcare, in partnership with the Territorial Health Group of the Casablanca-Settat region, the health district of Berrechid, and the Social Solidarity Association, organized on Sunday, October 25, 2026, a multi-specialty medical convoy in Al-Halawa village, affiliated with the Jaqma commune in the Berrechid province, as part of the national campaign for early detection of breast and cervical cancer.
The convoy's services included early detection of breast and cervical cancer, cardiovascular and general medicine examinations, in addition to blood pressure measurement and diabetes screening, as well as providing vision correction services, as part of diversifying medical services and bringing them closer to the local population.
This initiative is part of a series of medical convoys that the association intends to organize, with the aim of facilitating citizens' access to health services, promoting a culture of prevention, and encouraging early detection of diseases, thereby contributing to improving the chances of diagnosis and management of cases requiring medical follow-up.
