HIBAPRESS – Meknes
The police elements in the Meknes security directorate managed to arrest a person in his twenties, with a criminal record, on suspicion of his involvement in possessing and displaying a bladed weapon in circumstances that would threaten the safety of citizens.
This operation came after monitoring a video clip documenting the appearance of the suspect displaying a bladed weapon in a threatening manner. The security services immediately began their investigations, which enabled them to identify him and arrest him in a short period.
The suspect was placed under judicial custody, at the disposal of the judicial investigation supervised by the competent public prosecution, with the aim of uncovering the circumstances and details of the case and determining the actions attributed to him.
