The Court of First Instance of the city of Al Hoceima has decided to sentence a woman to imprisonment and a fine for charges brought against her related to fraud.
Local sources reported that the court sentenced the accused to a 3-month prison term and a fine of 3,000 dirhams after she was accused of fraud and defrauding a number of people after tricking them into immigrating to Europe.
The arrest of the person concerned comes after a complaint filed by her victims accusing her of having defrauded them and having misled them about her ability to deport them to Europe.
