Al-Misbah team confirmed in its statement that the announced vacancies are considered a source of doubt and astonishment because they do not reflect the reality of the shortcomings experienced by the interests of the group described above, which strongly raises the question of the true meaning of the process, which arouses fear and suspicion among the candidate and public opinion in general, in light of the absence of the circumstances and reasons that directed and framed the management of the process and what preceded it, including the announced vacancies,
This, and the team added that recalling the policies of the Council that manage all the previous rights, which are dominated by nepotism, clientelism and the logic of partisan loyalties, the latest being the distribution of support to associations, which makes it ineligible to organize a competition that guarantees the right of the Moroccan citizen to access work outside the logic of rent and nepotism, it demands that the match be postponed pending a real diagnosis of the inadequacy of the management, the announcement of all vacant positions, and the provision of conditions of integrity and objectivity that guarantee equal opportunities between candidates and avoiding burdening the management budget with specializations of the group that it does not urgently need at the moment. The team itself also requested the intervention of the competent control. authorities. To investigate, on the one hand, the legitimacy of the declared disadvantage and protect the candidate’s right, and on the other hand, to employment, outside the logic of distribution and political affiliation.
