A. Latif Baraka: Heba Press
The various beaches of Agadir have seen a strong demand from holidaymakers in the middle of the summer holiday period from various Moroccan cities, contributed to this by the temperate summer climate.
Heba Press newspaper observed that many vacationers go to Taghazout beach because of the purity of its waters and the good arrangement of its golden sand, which give it an elegance and beauty that impresses and satisfies its visitors.
A number of citizens, speaking to Heba Press, expressed their satisfaction with what some investors did at the beginning of the current summer season, by placing umbrellas, chairs and directional signs and creating a comfortable space for visitors.
In this regard, one of the vacationers said in his statement to the newspaper that Taghazout beach, which includes luxury hotels of international chains, has seen obvious changes in its levels of cleanliness and the preparation of the surrounding facilities, as well as the presence of a distinctive organization, unlike previous summer seasons.
He added that Taghazout beach previously lived in a state of marginalization, noting that families can now come there without fear, after the authorities put an end to the state of idleness and chaos that plagued it, including by imposing on the owners of “umbrellas” and its visitors to pay certain amounts to be able to sit in open areas with beach sand, stressing that this allows for comfortable leisure and games, far from the pollution and chaos that reigned in the past.
Concern for cleanliness remains the only way for Taghazout beach to maintain its beauty, as it is a major destination for most Moroccan families as well as foreign tourists.
